Hello. I have uploaded videos of some of my best runs on the youtubes.

"Dancing on the Ceiling" -- Naija Compilation

The rest are all from the XBLA version. Volume 4 is all Meat Boy, but the others feature a lot of the Xbox-exclusive characters.

The Xbox version had a simple glitch that lets you use Meat Ninja on the leaderboard. I have good runs with other characters. I just wanted my fastest possible time for the videos.

Volume 4 - Chapter 6 & Cotton Alley

Volume 3 - Chapter 5

Volume 2 - Chapter 4

Volume 1 - Alien Hominid and Meat Ninja abuse

worst quality EVER at the beginning. Just being an ass, really impressive. Maybe I should buy an X360 controller  , or some skill.

Yah, yah. I know. You can't save Teh Internets replays, so I had to improvise.

And you don't need a 360 controller. I don't use one.

That begs the question, so I won't play coy. I use an arcade stick. I started using it because my thumbs were hurting, and the buttons are more sensitive. Of course the transition took some time to get used to, but I started improving my times with relative ease once I got the swing of it.

Started to use an arcade stick as well, I liked the sensitivity. It was challenging figuring out which button to hold down for dash lol.

I can't believe how much time I wasted on 2-7X and never realized that you could just go down the side

Eh I disagree that the XBLA characters are superior. Some are.

Most speed runs for me are best done with Meat Boy, Jill, or Ogmo.

Thanks, guy. I guess we're cool, then? Sorry for starting stuff in your thread. (Really, those games are all excellent, play them)

Oh, my. Do not do another speed run with Ogmo. Your time is better spent unlocking the Kid and using him instead.
Jill is the best character for exactly zero levels. Likewise, the Kid is a better choice.
Meat Boy ... he's all right, keep using him.

As for exclusive characters, ... I'll save it for another thread.

Honestly, I had to ask Yozima and another top player how they got times under 6 seconds.  I believe that is the only level with that kind of secret.

There's more but they don't help you.
