It's a hint for Meat Ninja, a character you get after 100%ing the game.

If it is, then it's a bug, because people get that screen several time even after getting Meat Ninja.

i think -1 is harder than most of the other glitch level

-1 took me several hundred deaths. Breezed through the other glitch levels.

I've met him a few times.
He once appeared in the COTTON ALLEY DARK WORLD STAGE SELECT SCENE

7-2x was one of the harder ones for me.
7-5x is very easy if you have some patience.

In a way it is, but I think 7-19X gets a lot of guff due to being more frustrating because of how restricting it gets and how pinpoint timing it gets.

the only hard bit was realising you needed to let go of "run" at the end :) then it's only a matter of time to get it ^_^

I realized it after like the second time I reached the top but I still had to die 100+ times to get it right
