Does anyone know where to buy the 1st comic?

I see the 2nd comic for sale and I was lucky enough to get a 2.5 comic at PAX but I haven't seen a #1 comic anywhere.

I want The box art for the game in poster form so I can frame that shit and put it in my living room for everyone to wonder why and what I put on my wall

on my rapture world 5 screen it says I have 21/20 bandages...

I keep reading that there are 101 bandages but my games says I have 102. I have unlocked every character/negative level and achieved A+ on every level and all 12 xbox live achievements but my game says 96% complete for HEll. could someone help me out? I even beat hell again light and dark and it still says 96%

world 1: 100% complete - 20 bandages
world 2: 100% complete - 20 bandages
world 3: 100% complete - 20 bandages
world 4: 96%  complete - 20 bandages
world 5: 117% complete - 21 bandages
world 6: 118% complete -  0 bandages
cotton alley: 103% complete 1 bandage

thanks for any pointers! I need more internets levels or else I am afraid I might not play it anymore
