2 BUMPS IN A DEAD THREAD? WOW! I RHYMED!

Team Meat's next game? The Binding of Isaac. Then that Hitler thing.

And first music track! http://dbsoundworks.bandcamp.com/album/the-binding-of-isaac-soundtrack

I hope you're trolling, given that The Binding of Isaac is not a Team Meat game.

I better get on it, ??? + Brimstone + The book of revelations = WIN! That's the formula for success.

I managed to finally beat Satan with ??? the other day with Brimstone + Nail + Battery. It was such a good feeling.

There is nothing that gets me as excited as seeing a dragon flying around in the distance, minding his own business. It's amazing that the dragons aren't actually forced on you as you play. They might attack, or they might go about their business.

Isaac gets D6 after beating Womb2 with ???.
After beating Sheol with ??? "Forget Me Now" is unlocked.
??? always starts with Poop.

See, that just makes me wonder why ??? with Forget Me Now is even an option in this poll. That's like having an option for "Cain with Book of Revelations, Gish, and Battery"
7  General Stuff / Video Games! / Re: Favorite Binding of Isaac Character. on: December 03, 2011, 02:19:51 PM
Is ??? meant to have the Forget Me Now as a starter item once you beat Sheol?

I PICK DEAD BABY HURR.
Isaac with the D6 is incredible. I was at first a Magdelene lover, then I got the D6

Shittiest Character Award of DD Commander: Eve

I like Eve, she has her place with certain strategies. For me my favorite would have to be Cain. His Luck Foot makes me feel better about my drops.

Just finished Sheol with Cain, which made me pretty happy. I've just got Maggy, Judas and ??? to go then I've done it with everyone.

I'm really into this game, been playing it everyday and have 41 hours in the game. Woo!
10  General Stuff / Video Games! / Re: No love for The Duke? on: June 26, 2011, 05:51:57 PM
Meh, I'm pretty pissed at the devs for consolizing it.

Duke Nukem is a PC series at heart. Shitty Console mechanics (two weapon select) don't belong on PC Series.

This is a worse insult to Duke Nukem than UT3 was to the UT series.

And yes I know that I'm not exactly old enough to have been a gamer when DN3D was 'hip', but I consider myself a fan of older games. (HL1, Giants: Citizen Kabuto, Armed and Dangerous (GCK and AND are both great games that didn't get as much attention as they deserved.)) Let console-style games stay on consoles, and let PC-style games stay on PC's.

Unfortunately, this is where gaming has been going for a while. I believe they may of also did this for "realism", but either way.

Luckily, the 2 weapon mechanic isn't really a hindrance to the game. Weapons are fairly well scattered so if you gave up your shotty for the Freeze Gun then realize you want your shotty back, it's not that long before you can swap back.

No love for Duke.

The game is shit. It's crappy mix of few oldschool ideas with the worst thigns which happened to the fpp in last few years. It's like CoD - running in the tunnel. Graphic looks like it was written at first Plystation, optimalisation is a joke, loadings last forever, gameplay sux, Duke isn't funny anymore, etc

For me it's 0/10. This game shouldn't be released.

Now, I don't mean this in a derogatory sense, but how old are you? Honest question, I'm not going to flame you with "OH DURR YOU'RE FIFTEEN GET OUT,".

I am 12 and what is this? Honestly, based on some video reviews, I can't agree more. It reminds me a lot of CoD1, without the cool feeling of fighting for what's right, because the main character is so unlikable.

So you weren't even old enough to play the first Playstation. Furthermore, you weren't actually alive for Duke Nukem 3D. In the end, this game is very flawed, but caters to die hard fans of Duke really well.
Being as young as you are, I'm not surprised you can't enjoy this game. Each to their own.
12  Super Meat Boy / Meat Talk / Re: Tell me why I should play this game on: June 19, 2011, 04:26:42 PM
Well most of the reasons have already been covered on here, but I wanted to point out something.

With the Steam Summer Sale just around the corner many games will be going on special, and I wouldn't be surprised if Super Meat Boy was one of them.

I do suggest picking it up if you like platforming, as not only do you get a couple of hundred levels for the main game, but the online level portal has hundreds upon hundreds more, with more added each day.

Basically, it's not like a normal game that you finish once and there's no reason to go back. There's always something new to do, level times to be perfected, and so on.
13  General Stuff / Video Games! / Re: Beat Hazard Ultra on: June 19, 2011, 02:11:31 PM
I have Beat Hazard, but I'm still umming and ahing over the DLC. I would of preferred it to simply be a free update, but I guess that's just the greedy TF2-spoiled gamer in me.

I'll probably buy it next pay.
14  General Stuff / Video Games! / Re: BioShock on: June 19, 2011, 02:09:51 PM
I loved Bioshock. It was a fun game and the story was extremely immersive. The fifties styling aroused me in the pants area.

As for Bioshock 2, significantly less so. I think I've only just gotten up to the second fight with a Big Sister and I'm very very bored with it. Haven't touched it for like, six months.

Finally, Bioshock Infinite has me mega-excited.
