It's August.
Oh no! Not August! Anything but that!

There's nothing wrong with preparing ahead of time, jackass.

You might've heard of the particular model I use. It's called an HP POS.

Yeah, me too. I can play the game on PC, why the hell I would buy it again to play it on another platform?

They have to focus on finishing SMB and making new games.

inb4 maruhai comes here LOLING at "focus on finishing SMB"

I prefer SMB for the 360 because my PC is a piece of garbage and is more of a family tool for using the Internet and stuff. So I only really use SMB's level editor and I play more comfortably on the 360.

Yeah, but a straight answer is what I was going for.

And got one I did.

So I was watching this awesome Super Meat Boy race live and Team Meat is there giving commentary and answering questions. I was bold enough to ask if they would port SMB to Nintendo's next console and they boldy said no.

Team Meat is moving on.

Bit Trip Runner is not exactly VER HARD, since you can't really die,

If you must put it that way, then you can't really die in any other video game either. Bit Trip Runner is like Super Meat Boy where you have to start over at the beginning if you fail. Just because Commander Video doesn't explode into a puddle of blood doesn't mean anything in terms of difficulty.

What could it be then? I can't move on with my level until I can fix the problem.

THIS still makes me awfully jealous.
11  Super Meat Boy / Help! / ANOTHER Bug... on: May 07, 2011, 07:16:41 PM
So I just found another interesting bug. Everything was going fine until I decided to start playing with waypoints. So I get this saw, set its waypoint, and test it out. That's when problems started happening. Now when a floor dissolves, you fall through but the tile is still there and the sound effect for it dissolving goes on in an infinite loop. The same goes for locked tiles.

I don't run the editor in ultralow. I just run it in plain old -devmode.
13  Super Meat Boy / Help! / A NEW BUG on: May 07, 2011, 03:52:26 AM
Thanks  guys. My fault for being an idiot.

So, I've come across something that is an actual problem for me. It has to do with Layer 5, or "Back Tile General". I'm editing my No Fly Zone level so it can look better for when I upload my chapter. But anyways, when I filled the back of the level with tiles, it lagged everything and made things buggy. I couldn't wall jump (he'd just hit the wall and slide down), and things were slow. Now, my PC does suck, but I've been able to play the game fine in -ultralowdetail (thanks guys for making that!). I didn't have any anti-spyware or firewalls going on, Aero was turned off, and I was even using Game Booster. But to no avail. It wasn't until after I removed the background wall that things started running smoothly again when I tested the level again.

So hopefully, one of two things is happening that you can help me out with:

1. Some kind of bug.
2. I'm doing something wrong.

If not and it's just my compy being a dick, I'm gonna have to design levels without layer decoration. Sorry.

You do, but since when do you use a mouse to play Super Meat Boy (before SMW)?
