some one should make a new thread for the gameplay video.

I'm sure it will give us all (the three of us) a whole lot to talk about

I'd say internet levels they stated before that they can't add a level editor for the xbla version.

7 out of 10 endings. OH YEAH!

After the endings, what more is left to be made?

Btw, I see on Steam that this game is going to be released before two games that will be out on 21.

McMillen said that he always does cut scenes last so it may be the only thing left

Okay, to keep things interesting, how about some item speculation?

A third eye that lets you see things. These things are unknown.

yeah you should make a whole thread for this because there are 110+ different items in the game if you count pickup items that makes the total over 150[:o] ! paraphrased from edmund him self =P

i think the easiest thing in meat boy to dress up as would be  Dr. Fetus all you would need is a suit and a clear plastic jar to put on your head .

oh and a monocle of course

BTW this isn't a team meat game you should change the name of the thread

The Binding of Isaac is a steam game that's coming out sometime this month! I would try to paraphrase but I suck at it so I'm going to use a interview of the games creator to explain the game to you.Click this to read the whole interview of Edmund McMillen that was conducted by BitMob. Edmund McMillen was also half of the two man team that made Super Meat Boy!

Edmund McMillen: The basic concept of Isaac was to make a seemingly endless experience. Rogue-likes are notorious for being able to do this very well so I pull a lot from the core design of them in Isaac to create a dynamic world that feels endless, surprising and mysterious so the player can keep replaying the same game with different results every time.

The core of Isaac's game play is a shooter, though the closest game it would compare to is Smash TV, dual controls one to move and one to shoot. The foundation and structure of Isaac is based on the dungeon structure and resources (coins, hearts, bombs, keys) of Zelda NES.

All this put together with a leveling system that uses items that stack to "level up" basically turns these three very different game designs into something totally fresh and new... that’s the basic concept behind the game.

The Binding of Isaac trailer!

Story trialer for the Binding of Isaac !

Edmund McMillen:Isaac's maps are randomly generated. Basically, each generated map or level consists of about 10 to 20 rooms that are randomly placed and organized. The 10 to 20 rooms are randomly picked from a set of 200 plus custom designed rooms (per chapter) and the items, enemies, secrets and pickups within those rooms are also randomly generated. Each time you start a game or enter a new level the map is dynamically made, aside from the 10 to 20 rooms the game also chooses a treasure room, boss room, store and secret room (there are also four other room types that appear in the game under certain circumstances).

Everything inside these key rooms are again, random, including what boss (bosses) you fight, the game features over 20 bosses and there are only eight full levels to a play through so there’s a great chance you will never face the same set of bosses at all. (Also the bosses stats and rooms are also chosen from a set of four as well).

I don't play MK for "sexy"...or any game for that matter.

But anyway, at the moment I'm maining Noob and Raiden (mostly Raiden).  Pretty decent team, haven't been online yet though as I have a feeling I'd just get crushed, and the 360 I'm playing it on isn't connected to the INET.  But I've beaten the Ladder with almost every fighter so far on Expert.

So far this is my favorite fighter in a long time, solid fighting engine too aside from a couple overpowered/underpowered characters.

lol Raiden is OP. its okay though i hear kung loa and ermac are getting nurfed. and Baraka is getting a new pop up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can't wait!

Sonya is out of place

no she isn't? she is a special forces agent. so is jax and stryker is a swat team member hes more "out of place" the her. she was in the first game for god sakes. shes not out of place at all.

Awesome. Yea I have checked it out via trailers random youtube vids etc but I kinda wanted some feedback from a SMB player. (For the most part any game recommended or highly regarded on this site is full of win.)

So thanks

no thank you
I'd also like to add if you enjoy putting time into games, which im sure most smb players do, this is a great game for you. the time i put into this game the better i become and its easy to see too.
