Just go to the game in your Steam Library, right click and select 'Properties' then click 'Set Launch Options'. In the box enter: -windowed -1280x720

There's no doubt about it, Super Meat Boy is a 99.9% perfect game. I can find no flaw in it except for this one, tiny, miniscule visual bug that makes browsing featured levels a bit more difficult. It shouldn't very long at all to fix, and once it's done that will be the last of the bugs squashed. When opening up Super Meat World, I am greeted with the usual featured levels and worlds. The small bug here is when looking at the featured levels, it appears there is some kind of invisible column blocking the number of stars and buzzsaws on the level rating. I am playing on the 1920x1080 resolution setting.
