I am new to the xbox 360 and a big fan of meatboy on the PC, so I wanted to get this icon. I don't see it anywhere on the market place.

Do I have to buy the game again on the 360 or something? Help is much appreciated, thanks

All I ever use is Meatboy/Jill/The kid.. Naija to break a few levels on the rapture

Jill is very useful and the kid is a given.

I found Commander video to be the worst (Even if I love him to death) - But I did use him to gain access to a warp zone with all these buzz saws around it below a level..

Josef isn't the worst, cuz his double jump can be in midair for decent length but I think most of the chars are just there for fun. Video/fly wrench for me

It won't happen. Nintendo doesn't want their first-party characters in a third-party game.

That's not true, Mario has been in games like that NBA streetz game, ssx3, and a cameo in banjo's nuts n bolts on 360

..But I dunno about Meat Boy, mesh Mario in a game with a fetus in it. The demograph would be ruined!

If the devtools could eventually allow it, it would be great. Even if they considered it for SMB2 (If they ever make a second, I assume they will) I would be pleased. I don't feel like SMB was designed with multiplayer in mind, so it's hard to say.
Nnnope. Team Meat feels that a sequel would be nothing but a cash-in and tarnish the original.

..I disagree, but that's what they've been saying.

As for multiplayer: It doesn't need to be limited to time trials together. Think some.. minigames? Like collecting bandages or levels that scroll, pour in obstacles and make the game about survival. Last player standing wins. Or maybe a "get the crown" kinda thing, one player keeps an object away from everyone else.. Then there's straight-up tag, etc. Levels could be designed to compliment them

Game has a lot of potential for some fun & accessible multiplayer
