I have already done that dude but nothing seems to help

hey guys i have completed the whole game but last mission(DR.FETUS) .
when i start the last mission,DR.FETUS does not show up to chase meat boy and because of this problem i can't end the game.




Is there any patch to fix this problem.i have already searched on the internet but couldn't find any.

plzz help me out of this jam,i really wanna see the ending & play cotton alley missions
