I keep getting SQL SERVER ERROR Message while playing on Steam, and it makes the game unplayable unless i have absolutely no access to the internet (b/c when there is no internet, the game doesn't even bother trying to access to SQL and just gives me an error message).

Does anyone knows how to fix it???
