7-5 can go fuck itself.

Yeah I really dislike that level too. How you can't reliably land on the middle platform without jumping is the most annoying thing. My best time is 9.60.

7-5X is a lot more annoying; I hate the middle room in that one, they're never in a convenient spot.

Overall my choice for most annoying level to speedrun is 7-20 (also applies to 7-20X), because it's horrible having to do all those easy parts in a row and then way too many of those FUCKING TINY SAWS that I always die on, while doing it as fast as you possibly can ughhh what a terrible level. I still haven't even got the damn A+.

You just run towards it and u land on it? lol... I though also felt like it was horrible to speed run when I was a baddie but felt easy when I got alot better. Maybe I should try get the WR.

edit: 4.73, 0,1 sec off WR but the starting jump is really the most frustrating thing ever T_T.

Took me 1 minute to get 1.43 so I guess I have to try again xD

He was added to PC awhile ago, though I don't seem to have him :(. He's quite useless anyway.

If anyone havent noticed I started playing some chapter 7 levels and managed to score some good times on some of them, I have more runs but I don't think theyre worth showing even though theyre 0,1-0,2 behind WR.

I don't want to be a douche but 90% of the things he do on his videos feel totally impossible on pc, and the resolution pretty much messes up the videos. He's obviously good but for example his 6-2, he does things that technically requires 2 jump buttons (or some turbo button ?) for that precise timing etc.

When I play on my Xbox I don't feel the same so I dunno what creates it...

And tunnel did u get through the saws or was it just a quick run overall?

Also not sure if I'm gonna make another compilation vids with naija, or just post them seperate, what do u think?

Taku, another great vid you have there. You've given me a couple of ideas, and you're really utilizing those last dashes into bandage girl. Your 5-13 is done differently than the route I had in mind, which is probably why you think it's easy to do. :p The route I was thinking of consisted of nonstop dashes.

^ Anyway, I'd be good with that. That's another thing, I only record replays, be best if they were all done either live or with replays and not a mix imo.  Oh.. unless you took back 3-7 recently, I claimed the record awhile back after many agonizing tries.. but don't let that stop you from posting a replay.

Thanks for the feedback =). I love making compilation videos but I feel like I don't have enough interesting levels to show/new levels so instead in this one I showed some of the ones I already posted but with new routes. Dunno if people actually enjoy that more then new levels (or both obv :P).

73L: Ye, I constantly keep coming up with new routes and strats for all levels all the time, seems like I'm a whole new level compared to my previous vid oO.

I could try some other 5-13 routes but that will have to happen next week if so.

Also the reason why I recorded them live was mostly so they're SDA viable and not because I want to show my fails xD. Haven't beaten 3-7 either, I hate chapt 3 so much :(.

Trying to render the video and first version had 1 clip glitching out or something which made me waste 50 min. Second version was a sound trouble with about 1 min music missing, so there goes another 50 min-.-. Lets hope that it goes on the third try now...

Who is the legit #1 for this map? I may have dethroned another meat boy level. If I only have to be .3 , I did 6.83 my first try completely winging it.

I think I had the top legit time on this level, that 6.80 is real and was done with meat boy as shown. I was aware that this level is easily glitched, so I purposely avoided using runman or naija. Guess I'm lucky I didn't glitch on the light world version. :x
The level can still be done a fair bit faster using meat boy, I'll get around to it.. eventually.

5-13 can be done insanely fast, but the route is ridiculous to do correctly. Now I have a reason to go back and try again. :p

Also I don't think the 5-13 route is hard to do correctly, the last dash however is the only thing that annoys the hell out of me :p.

Tunnelingeffect, gj :). Sadly I did that level yesterday and got 6.75 with Naija and I could probably sub 6.2-6.3 if I get the last dash but it's so much effort being put into one run imo :S. But I'll see what I can do.

Also it sadly bugged for me also so now I got like 0,4 on that :S, though I will still use the clip in my compilation vid that's upcoming soonish.

If anyone dare challenge I also got 3.33 with Naija on 5-13. This is very beatable as I've been 1 pixel away (from hitting BG) from a sub 3 time :(.

If I can perfect the Naija route I can, sadly alot of luck is involved in it :(.

I play on the controller only, I just can't get the hang of the keyboard.  And I use a mechanical keyboard so obviously if I can't make that work, I have a problem.  But I regularly switch between the 360 pad, Onza TE, Saturn USB and CC Pro.  And I'll be trying out my new MLG controller soon too.

Depending on the character it's definitely easier to use the A+X instead of RT+A (like for Naija or Runman).

Well I have been using the keyboard so far, default settings, middle finger on shift and index on space, but I was going to buy an xbox 360 soon and I was wondering if the wired controller worked well for someone who prefers pads to sticks? I have heard that the xbox 360 has a bad pad.

It's true the 360 controller has a bad dpad, but it doesn't really matter for this game since it's just left and right inputs.  The main reason why 360 dpad's fail is diagonal or "sliding" inputs for fighters.  But I'd recommend a Classic Controller Pro or Saturn USB pad for a Dpad preference, they can't be beat.  Or a Neo Geo USB if you can find one.

Wow really? I feel like I'm 10 times slower using X+A, although I haven't tried using a xbox controller for naija etc.
