Just backup your savegame.dat file where you want, it'll contain your current progress.  And then just start a new game and it'll create a new fresh save.

I want to start a let's play of Super Meat Boy, but I've already played up to World 5 and I don't want to lose all that progress. I was just wondering how I can get a blank save file without losing my current one.
