I have the exact same problem, very frustrating and cant find a solution anywahere. i got stuck on the first tutorial level cos i could not interpret the controls.....It has left the game pretty much useless for me, i hope Team Meat get on this problem.. or at least integrate a button bindings option in game....I bought this copy from Steam btw
