I found where the save files are kept in the Mac Non-Steam version of the game. If you look in the package contents for the game, one of the folders in named c_drive. Then c_drive -> Program Files -> Super Meat Boy -> UserData. In the UserData file, you can find savegame.dat plus any replays you might have saved.
