Getting this achievement was the biggest rush I've gotten in recent gaming memory.

I felt guilty tho, because I still had a few levels left, so I went through and cleared them just to be safe. 7-19X is a bitch...
3  General Stuff / General Discussion / Re: would you buy super meat boy for 30 dollars? on: February 16, 2011, 09:50:34 AM
I'd buy it for $30. Already have the Steam and XBLA version, but would gladly shell out for a retail boxed copy.

I don't think I could wear this at work, or the gym. So... donno how useful this shirt would be :(

Gish, who sticks to walls and ceilings.

Alien Homonid, who has a blaster to slow his descent.

Tim from Braid, reverses time. Useful for some of the bandages suspended over pits with no other way of escape than a double jump.

Spelunky, who can propel himself forward mostly uncontrollably.

Pink Knight, (from Castle Crashers) not really sure what this character does.

The Ninja from N+, very fast running, floaty and slow jump

Last I checked I was #322 on XBLA leaderboards.

The worst one in my life was when I was a kid, back when the Sega Genesis was new and I had just played Sonic the Hedgehog for the first time at Sam's Club. I dreamed my dad bought me a Genesis as a present and felt so happy. Then when I woke up I was like FFFFUUUUUUU

Wow, impressive score! Glad you un-glitched it :)
12  Super Meat Boy / Meat Talk / Re: Hardest level in the game? on: February 11, 2011, 12:04:37 AM
The Kid 2, most definitely. I think I spent a combined total of 2+ hours on that. It may have been random chance that I beat it.

Honestly, compared to that and Dark Cotton Alley, the glitch stages seemed kind of easy. I sort of breezed through most of them in one sitting.

Just got it yesterday! Oddly I still hadn't finished 7-19X and whichever one in Cotton Alley Dark had the laser eyeballs. I went back today and beat those along with all the negative levels (now at 106%)

Question: I'm pretty sure I beat every level in the game, and on the XBLA leaderboards it says I beat 310 levels, but there are people on the leaderboards with 313 levels. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?
