^Skyscraper is very overrated imo. It's not even that hard, just very tedious to start over and over. But once you got the first stage down, it shouldn't be too bad.

On a sidenote, congratz to Breakdown over at SDA recently! Yeah, this was an extraordinarily good run. Very impressive work. Also perfect Larry Luck. Funnily enough, he used a speed trick on 5-4 that I discovered recently as well.

If anybody is ever interested in a Joy2key config for a 360 controller let me know.
Please enlighten me. I also have a new controller with twinsticks but I can't set em up at all.

I just streamed a little bit...well 4 hours actually. It was extremely fun, I'll probably do it again tomorrow (on www.twitch.tv/StealthAngel667). Isaac is a sweet game to stream, I highly recommend it. One thing I noticed especially is that Satan kills you if you use the Bible in his room, even if Satan's already dead. Ridiculous.

Yeah, this game is too easy to cheat (just steal a savefile from somewhere) and it saddens me that people abuse this. In fact, a few days ago someone asked me if I 'really' got Golden God. No, I've been spending hundreds of hours on the game on level 1-1. Seriously, what do these people think?

Could be just confusion on my part then. I did a lot of SMB that night so I can't really recall everything.
Also, conveying a feeling with design is very hard. I think you actually had a decent go at it. The tileset limitation is annoying, true enough.

A König piece found here, some German brand that apparently is quite popular here in the Netherlands. Not as good as a Sennheiser (or so I've heard) but a decent and cheap (<40$) pickup nonetheless, it has been lasting 3 years now, and the only thing wrong with it is the mic cover coming off. Other than that the audio quality is fine. It's a bit rough on the ears when worn over glasses for multiple hours, but that doesn't really come up often.

I actually really liked this and played all of it. I'm quite surprised myself, because I normally don't play much of the Super Meat Worldly goodness.
Some points of criticism off the top of my head: The final level had a great concept, but imo not so great execution. I think the ride down could've been a lot shorter, you could easily cut the first 50% and still have a challenge. It did feel a lot like an Endish level like Omega, which I liked.
Which brings me to Omega. You have the infamous Omega 'jump down after the key' part somewhere in those Hell themed levels copied exactly. I think everybody and their dog hates that jump, and for good reason. It can wreck SMB speedruns. It's also not very creative, unlike all other pieces, which were excellent. I especially liked the flying rocks and the long elevator ride up to Bandage babe. I think creativity is your strong point and you should use it accordingly.
Earlier in the pack, there are 2 or 3 levels that are just straight mountain climbing. Nothing wrong with that, but I think you can leave the earliest one in and take the others out. Also helps you smooth out the difficulty curve. While the final level is quite hard (I'd say about DarkFactory or DarkEnd, maybe even LightCotton in difficulty) you have quite a bit of wiggle room before that, and I suggest you use it to make some more intermediate levels. Again, don't take this the wrong way and make the entire pack hard, we have quite enough of those packs already...
