The bad news: I just got RROD.  The good news: I have the game on PC.  And the level editor is my next big thing anyway. More bad news: I prefer the xbox version. It'll probably cost $100 to repair. It'll take weeks to get back, and I probably won't send it for a couple of weeks. I'll have to hear about the patch secondhand.  The good news (for you): It's open season on my times until I get my xbox back. The good news: I will be lurking these forums a lot. |

Isn't the 360 the console with the highest failure rate? I know many of my friends and family who have had them have had as many of 3 RRoD (each!). The best part? The ones that were out of warranty they usually just threw away and bought new 360s. Some people never learn...

Yeah, mine, too. It was free then because it was under warranty.
It's been too long now. A friend of mine to whom this just happened said they wanted to charge him many dollars.
So I'm checking into alternatives.

Super Meat Boy is the only game I have that crashes. I was just saying the Super Meat Boy forum was an odd place to claim PC supremacy.

I have a Wii with broken DVD reader. Doesn't read dual layer games (which is very usual with Wii). Super Meat Boy is the only game I have that crashes. I was just saying the Super Meat Boy forum was an odd place to claim PC supremacy.
Shouldn't crash so much if you just don't try to alt-tab or minimize it. For me it has just crashed once while playing with Steve outside accidental alt-tabbing.. |
