You guys ever run into a situation where you want a key to fall from atop a lockbox, only after you unlock it, it just falls half a block and rests on what used to be the bottom "border" of the lockbox? What's more puzzling is that on the other side of a symmetrical level, I have the same exact thing going on, yet the key falls as normal.

Any ideas?

I've tried removing all the blocks around it, re-placing the keys, re-linking the locks, checking for invisible leftovers, restarting the .exe, reloading the level, even looked at the bounding boxes with ";" to make sure there wasn't something weird there. Between these issues, the damn switch buttons, and the apparent corruption of several of my levels, I'm really hoping for that editor soon.

Due to all the glitches (namely my level editor crashing after a few hours of work), I've stopped making levels. I advise anyone else who's not very patient and forgiving to do the same.

Unfortunately I'm pretty patient when it comes to this stuff, I just can't take the illogical glitches... I mean half my level works as intended, the other half seems to have an invisible barrier. I deleted all the blocks to the adjacent right of the lockbox and the key falls as normal... then when I put them back, it's like they are in the way of the key falling, even though they are 1 block to the right of it. I really don't get it.

I hear only 6 keys can be affected by gravity.  That's not what the problem is, is it?

Anyways, I'm glad to hear you solved the problem Meat Boy

Well, I spend most of my time trying to break it in neat ways, so I guess it's bound to happen.
