So, the question is: warp zones are A+-able? And if they are, it's needed for 100% completion?

I just don't wanna have to do The Kid warpzone again...

Don't worry, warp zones don't need to be A+ in order to have 100% completion.

In fact, I don't think that A+ even plays a role in the completion percentage at all, the only thing it's good for is for unlocking the Dark World levels. Getting A+ in the Dark World is for bragging rights, as far as I know.
