I'm not saying flash games can't have level editors, I'm saying it's highly unlikely that it will happen in it's current format (baked into an exe file)
Your saves ARE stored in your cache though. I cleared mine and lost my saves.

You have to get all trinkets too!? That is brutal. I've seen a video of someone who cheated. If you get it, you get a giant Captain V statue in the trophy room.

Trinkets are not necessary, but I think they are for the throphy.
Also, as far as I know, nobody got this without cheating.
