I'm pretty into A Day To Remember the last time. Especially the last 2 Records (Bite me when It's mainstream and over-rated over there in the US, but here in germany it's not very well known o_O)
The songs aren't complex, they are really simple, but in a good way.
I like the mixing of Pop-Punk to Post-Hardcore.

There's so much music around, always something new waiting behind the next corner... I haven't heard most of the stuff mentioned in this thread, so I'll check some of the interesting ones out soonish. I listen to a lot of experimental metal/jazz/ambient music and my main focus has lately been on Tosin Abasi's solo project "Animals as Leaders".
