Mac version is going to be ported once the level editor/level portal are released because it'd be easier to do it like that than to update both the PC and Mac versions with the portal at once.

Ive just played the flash version and I love it.

According to Edmund, he and Tommy want to be having a testable version by Sunday and hope to have it released this month.

If you've played the flash version, you could try the map pack as well for an additional challenge. Just note that Super Meat Boy is a better game than the flash version, so I can tell you'll love it even more than you do the flash game.

If you're getting it through Steam, it's likely to show up on the store page.

I'd recommend checking their blog at http://www.supermeatboy.com or their twitter at http://www.twitter.com/supermeatboy if you're curious about updates, they will announce it there when the time comes.

Wasn't there a Cider version for OSX not too long ago that hit the net?  I'd say you could look into that until the official Mac version releases.

If you've got parallels/VMware/something, they're reasonably friendly towards Super Meat Boy too in the meantime although you're not going to run as prettily as native code.

just watched the trailer for this game on steam, and it listed all the possible platforms this game works on. Mac showed up, so does this mean the game can be played on mac?
