I have both, but I only ever play the PC version. The PC version seems to load faster, my score is rather badly glitched on the 360 version and I personally prefer the PC's lineup of characters compared to the 360.

I guess it makes since that people that use the forums would most likely play the PC version over the XBLA version since you guys are already PC people.

Well, the PC version have a big advantage / aside frome the level editor : it's from what I understood, really easy to patch and to ad extra content to it (while the microsoft procedure last forever and makes patch and new content being a pain in the ass to implement).

I own and completed both versions. I like the PC version more because I think the unlockable characters are more fun and the leaderboards seem to be in better shape. Also, can't wait for that level editor.

The PC version just makes me feel better when i'm done with an insane level and I really like using the keyboard instead of a gamepad for some weird unspeakable reason.

If a game is available on PC, it's always my first choice. But that aside, I'd say it's pretty obvious that the PC version is superior. You can't argue with the level editor and constant patches. It's a no brainer.
That said, there's nothing wrong with the Xbox version, so let's all hold hands and play together!
