am I the only person who's disappointed at how many people have only played hl2 and episodes I'd love to play Half-Life, but the damn thing keeps freezing when I go out through that vent the helicopter drops troops into right after reaching the surface.  |

Dude, I played HL2 first because I had a FATAL ERROR IN HL1 THAT I ONLY MANAGED TO FIX AFTER I BEAT HL2 EP 2. |

Personally I'm not starting HL2 until I finished the first. Yeah, I started HL2 First cause of a HL1 error.. if I had known how to fix it I would play it first. First I played BS and now I'm playing HL, next is OF. (Blue Shift starts BEFORE HL1 does and ends BEFORE HL Does.) |

Did i miss any thing if my brother told me what happend in HL1 and i played HL2, HL2-episode 1 and now in HL2-episode 2?
Oh and by the way, from the first episode 2 stages i can already see better than episode 1 :D

Ep2 is better. EP1 doesn't slack, but it didn't live up to the hype and all that hype fled to EP2. |

HL1 to HL2? What do you mean? As far as I know HL1 is the only official storyline before HL2... |
