EDIT: Never mind. This is fixed, It was a one time only bug.

Verify Integrity of Game Cache and then update your drivers, or vice versa.

If that does nothing, post your specs along with information such as when/how this happened that you neglected to include. 
(Way to be descriptive, do you even want it fixed?)
