The replay mode is something I'd love to see expanded on a smidge.

Here is a list of features I'd like to see:

Option to turn off the HUD while viewing a replay

Option to disable all Meat Boys except the one that completes the stage

A ticker to show how many times you died before completing the level

Replay length shown in the Replay Manager so you can more easily tell what replay is the one you want.

When exiting a replay have it return you to the Replay Manager screen rather than to the main menu.

Button to "play this level" when viewing a replay (which would load up the level you are watching a replay for)

Agreed with all of these, they'd make nice improvements I believe.

I have issues where sometimes walls that require switches to remove don't show correctly in replays. Such as in Rapture when you hit the switches to remove a wall for x seconds, in the replay it never shows it being removed and meat boy just goes through the wall. Actually, I can't even think of a single replay where it has actually worked correctly.

Since buttons, keys, and enemies that follow Meat Boy around aren't all shown at once, it would be much easier to just show the level as it is without those things happening. Instead of clutter everywhere.

It's not just you.

I'm not sure if it's possible, but I'd love a feature that allows you to convert a replay into a video file. It would be great for people like me who can't record videos without the framerate being sluggish or the graphics set to ultra-low.

This could also be paired with some of the other suggested features, such as removing the recording hud and only showing the successful run instead of 30+ other people dying.

I'd also love a button press overlay in the replay; depending on how the replays are stored this can be either very easy to implement (if they store the replay as a sequence of moves the character makes) or very hard.

In any case, coupled with the HUD removal it would make recording tutorial videos so much more easier and self-explanatory.
