The screen resolution is also messed up too.
I tried re-downloading it,  but it didn't do anything. 

Info: My screen res is 1280x800
Vista 32-Bit
Running through steam.

just go to the monitor opcion in u windows and change the native resolution to other one,later open again the game and change the resolution in the game options, hopefully solve your problem happened to me the same thing
