I don't see why it shouldn't be possible. He has all the necessary sprites already, as does flaming Meat Boy from the Little Horn boss battle. Definitely a possible code character for the future.

Great idea! Im not sure if there is the sprite for when mutant boy is up against the wall, but it would ofcourse be easy for Team Meat to add. I think it would be cool, maybe just to be unlockable if you typed in a code like with Peta Boy. But then i also think they should add Brownie to the PC version  |

Mutant Meat Boy is the Rapture enemy. You'll notice that a lot of the world features dead or altered Meat Boys about.
Flaming Meat Boy is the one from Hell.
