Usually after the 20th death in a row. Although some levels (1 in 10) I can breeze through. Mostly internal rage and then admiration for the fact that my 10 year old daughter is FAR better than me  :-[

Definitely 7-16 and 7-16X. I hate those gravity orbs. I managed to do it once, and I'll never go in these 2 levels anymore. Same thing for the Kid's warp zone of course^^.

The only level that really made me rage until now was the Forest's Glitch Level. I still can't beat that damn thing.

And those "gravity orbs". To hell with those things.

-Ch 3 (When those missiles hit me)
-Ch 5 (When those mutants get me)
-Ch 6 (When I didn't get an A+)
-Dr. Fetus (At the last part, I jumped and pressed the top switch when one of his projectiles hit me)
-All Dark World Stages and Portal(You need mind and skills to finish these. I get 30 deaths in each stage)

I don't have the kidľ. My moment of rage, so far, was during my first playthough :

I bet dr foetus, and quitted the game during the escape. I spent 1:30 hour trying to beat him and I had to do all over again.

I think it was some long Cotton Alley level, but I made it all the way through on like my third try just to miss this tiny random sawblade in the ground by a fraction of an inch. My friends were all watching too...

with the kid it wasn't that much rage, more suffering. :D having to beat level 3 after doing the first two is just mean. :D

but skyscraper... OOOOOOH SKYSCRAPER. hatehatehatehatehate.

7-19 (light world) was a reeeeeeeeal b*tch, too. i actually found the dark counterpart a bit easier, because the meanest stuff is right at the start then (and you can even cheat the descending saws, which i stopped after i realized i could be fast enough anyway and wanted to get A+)

dark fetus boss glitched on me and was too fast... beat him by outrunning the saws, though. :D

other than that there were a few levels in the light and dark versions of the rapture and cotton alley that almost made me cry. the dark one with a million cannons for example, where you have to get the key and then survive until the keyhole-blocks disappear... or panic switch. omigawd, panic switch. i could NEVER do a "no death" run on that world because i find that level impossible to beat without dying a gazillion times.

oh, and did i mention how much i LOOOVE smb rage videos? someone start i thread, i'm too lazy right now! :D

I don't see how people can rage at video games, unless they're deterring them from getting a job.  Or girlfriend.

If you grab the key and then squeeze by the left side of the wall, none of the missles will hit you, the sawblades will go right by you, and you'll get the bandage as it moves up. After the sawblades rise you can just go under them while avoiding the missles. I'm so glad I figured this out too, without it it's just about impossible.

They were just horrible, no matter how much I thought I could predict them my brain never fully developed the logistics of dodging their barrage.
