Nope.

There's no such thing as a custom tileset, either, so you cannot make a level with hazards from multiple worlds. Not even the Cotton Alley levels are made from custom tilesets, just regular tilesets made to look pinkish.

Figures. I was making a VVVVVV themed level, and figured 4bit would fit best, but now I can't use keys to make it make more sense, or spikes to make it like the actual game.

What those guys said.

And I'd recommend the glitch tileset. It may not be 4-Bit, but it's good enough.

Im not sure i understand your question. Do you mean that you made a level with the forest set, and now have started making a level with the hospital set, and now you want to get the obsticles from your last level into the currently level? If so, im about 99% sure you cant. You can only use one set per level.

There is no set named glitch tileset??? I asume you mean the 8-bit tile set, wich was ALSO used for the glitch levels

eh.. xD

I mean like this:
I made a level with the forest set.. but I figured out that it would be better if I had a key in the level.. so I need to change the set in order to be able to place a key on my level ? so it is possible to move a level from the forest set to another set.. like the hospital set witch has kays in the tiles.. ??
Thanks..

no, there is

you just can't use it in the level editor

if you had the patch, you could use it in devmode

You can't change the tileset of the level or copy it to a new set, considering none of the tilesets use the same graphics for the background. The only thing you can do is remake your level from scratch in the new tileset.

I do wish that they would at least the main hazards to every tileset- missiles, fans, etc. Heck, the Forest tileset doesn't even have keys, which makes it extremely unattractive to use.

Ironically, 8-bit is probably the best tileset, since it has elements from all five chapters, even though it uses inferior graphics.
