I have unlocked every character on Super Meat Boy (XBLA) and noticed that if you play as Brownie (which is just a skin of super meat boy) it appears as a question mark on the leaderboards. However I have noticed question marked times on other levels where super meat boy/brownie simply can not come within 10 seconds of.
I think Dr. Fetus is a cheat code.

Edmund said a while ago that there might be playable character(s) that none has found yet, if i remember correct. Meat Ninja was already known then, so there might be more. Considering that Dr.Fetus was playable in the flash version, i don't think he's just left out. Just a big secret, for now.

I'm pretty sure that was before Brownie was found, and I'm also pretty sure they said there was only one left. I hope I'm wrong though. If the editor really is just devmode+ like they say Dr. Fetus will be able to have his own stages in custom levels though. |

I also have my doubts that an entire row in the character select screen would be dedicated solely to Meat Ninja. Hopefully, if there are more characters, they aren't tied into those "Beat an entire world without dying" achievements  |

Never mind, I just tested and Dr. Fetus can't be killed and his rockets do nothing...they should totally patch in a playable version  |

I wonder what his physics would be like. Edit: He should have a jet pack, along with his infamous rocket launcher - so he can blow walls up that are T shaped, like rockets do to breakable walls. He'd have to be leaderboard disabled, but it'd be more fun than Steve is. |
