Last week I tried to install the ultra edition, but Steam thought that it was the same as the digital version I had bought. Even if I uninstalled the digital version, trying to install the ultra edition would simply reinstall the digital version.

I haven't tried since, but has anyone else been able to install BOTH at the same time. Also, I realize they are virtually the same, and AH is now available for the digital version, but I wanted to check out the bonuses.

If you want to check the bonus stuff just browse the CD, all the stuff is there in folders. You don't even need to install the game for this.

The ultra edition is the digital edition AFAIK, but I have no idea how the Alien Hominid unlock will work.
