I was wondering if there's any way to have different profiles in SMB. I have the steam version of the game. The thing is that I want to start again the game, without losing my old stuff.

Instead of setting up a new profile, you could just empty out the UserData folder in the super meat boy directory. I believe that the UserData is basically all of your save file information, so just find where you've installed the game, open the UserData folder, then copy and paste everything into a different folder in another directory in your computer where it will be safe. That way, you can start a new game and simply alternate the folders to switch your game saves.
