Trying to access Super Meat World gives me an SQL Server Error immediately following the cutscene. "A connection to the SQL server could not be established after 3 retries please try to connect again later". I've seen this posted about only on other forums but never with a solution. To cover some bases, I have the 20 bandages, I've made sure a firewall isn't blocking it, and I've used Steam's verify files option.

Whenever this happens to me it is because I have lost my internet connection. Just exit and restart SMB when you are connected to the internet.

Unfortunately that's not the case for me. I've restarted and retried quite a number of times, all the while with an internet connection.
