Can you connect one to a PC to play Super Meat Boy on there? I'm new to the game, and the intro keeps trying to get me to connect one!

Trust me, you don't need to listen to the intro. Controller is no better than keyboard, other than to those who prefer using a controller over a keyboard.

You could even argue that keyboard is better as you can switch from moving left to right and vica versa farster with a keboard.

Yeah, there are a lot of small differences between the two that do make them everso slightly better. And frankly, that's the only one I can think of.

I can think of a couple in favour of the controller:
-has convenient buttons to hold down aka run buttons (shoulder buttons usually)
-key presses usually feel less loose than on a keyboard
-feels more natural to hold for extended periods of time (this depends on your preference and your controller obviously)
