Ever since I entered -devmode once, I have been getting random crashes when entering levels, averagely once in 30 minutes. The game crashes, and I get a message about some file being sent to team meat. Do I have to re-install, or any possible fixes?

I had the same problem.  I'm running on win 7 64bit.  I set it to win xp sp3 compatibility mode and the problem vanished.  Not sure what OS you're on, but I hope that helps

Np.  I was noticing the problem occurring during any load.  Whether it be a chapter change or a midlevel character change.  For me, the problem was occurring a lot more frequent than 30 minute intervals because I was restarting levels and swapping characters to shave off some time.
