Hi, this problem appeared on this computer after I transferred in the "steamapps" folder from another computer in order to sync saves. I've done this a fair few times with only a few Steam hiccups which were resolved by having Steam reupdate certain files, but now no matter what I try I get the bizarre problem of my game's progress simply not saving. When I exit out and restart the game, it's as if the previous session never happened (confirmed since my death counter reverts back to the same number).

Same issue here. Was doing the same thing using Dropbox to sync between computers. I'm thinking the save game got corrupted somehow. Luckily I had an older save backed up but now I have to redo four bandages and two warp zones! Aaarrrggghhh!

Nothing is saving for me either right now in the Steam version, and I haven't even transferred any files or folders.
