Hello! Here is the thing: I will be doing a serie called "MeatBusters" (Inspired by MythBusters... awsome, right?  ) on my youtube channel, where i will be testing out myths and unanswered questions in SMB... this could example be something like: "Can you die by getting squeezed in the button walls?" or "Can you kill Dr. Fetus in the final boss by making the missiles hit him?". But here is my questions: Is there anything you always wondered if where possible in SMB? Have you heard any myths about something that your not sure is actually possible? Or do you just have some awsome ideas to test? Then leave a comment, and i might test it out in upcomming episodes! Yeah, There isnt really much myths..
And btw you cant kill doctor fetus with a missle, tried that..
and i didnt quite get the button thingy..

Yeah, There isnt really much myths..
And btw you cant kill doctor fetus with a missle, tried that..
and i didnt quite get the button thingy..
There gotta be somthing  I meant if it is possible to die, if you is up against the wall while one of the walls you maked dissapear comes back, wich is it. I knew it wasnt possible to kill Dr. Fetus, it was just some bad examples  |

Hmmm. This could be fun! Here's what I think would be cool. I want you to die on 1-4. And I want you to survive Larrie's Lament for ten minutes straight without leaving the arena or killing any of the Larrie's. Also, survive for ten minutes straight on the Dr. Fetus fight, without killing him. Same for Chad, without killing him. I'm sure it's possible, but it would need a bit of skill. Can you do it? That's all for now!

Thanks! I like the idea testing out if its possible to die on 1-4 with any character, but the other things seems more like challenges? Maybe you posted this on the wrong thread?  |

The button walls will always push you outward to the closest open space, tried that before on 7-19x. The only strange environmental things that kill you are the moving platforms that can crush you, but that's somewhat glitchy.
On a related note:
One other myth (which is actually true) is that you can beat the 6-6 escape scene by jumping under the last part to the left, which triggers the cut scene. You can speed to the cut scene in the normal 6-6 boss stage by jumping over the saw train. These two might be somewhat interesting to show, although every decent speedrun out there has them already.
Also, it would be nice if you uploaded a video with just your own ideas, so people know what to expect. Because I really can't think of anything right now. As far as I know, there are no real myths left. This forum community has discussed pretty much everything extensively.
