What the hell are you talking about?  
Anything available at the time of the games release, is what we're entitled to as I quoted. Yet there was a beta period where leaderboards did not accept times and levels could not be A+'d. There was no way to avoid this for Steam users as the game is automatically updated and thus the developers removed a feature we were entitled to.

It has of course since been rectified but it was annoying having the beta forced upon us all.

No, what I meant was...

So we were entitled to functioning leaderboards which YOU forcibly removed from the Steam version for a period of time with a forced beta? Unless YOU warned us in advance so we could tell the game to not update and give people who bought the game during the beta, the ability to download the version before the beta you intentionally voided something we were entitled to.

...what the hell do you think I had to do with any of it?
