Japanese DS game that's supposed to be a porn game, I played it by curiosity and it turned out it's an amazing Point & Click with some FPS-like fights.
Finished the 1st one but the 2nd one is crashing on my R4.

A friend told me it was a little bit like the Ace Attorney series. From your description, I'm going to assume the only similar parts are the frequent usage of young girls and the far-fetched storylines.
I don't own a DS card though, so I can't test it.

Wow not at all, the game is a lot like Ace Attorney, first person point and click with different locations and talking to different persons (lolicons). I forgot to mention there is 2 "mini games" that take place through the whole game. |

Well you obviously didn't played it after Chapter 1. Well you obviously always talk with no idea. I almost completeted it on a vacation very long ago, when I was completly boring. Also, the gameplay sucks. |
