[Detox]

Hello, everyone !

Maybe some of you know me for my Hot Damned guitar cover ( http://vimeo.com/17967795 ).

I have a lot of guitars and some are really crappy, so I use 'em as building projects. I had this toy-guitar and decided to meat it a little bit.
I kept the neck and decided to saw a Meat Boy into some crappy kitchen wood, put a humbucker on it and here you are :

The thing is quite uncomfortable to play, but it's more of a cool object to me. Might cover some songs with it, though.

How'd you get the meat boy onto the base?

That's fucking awesome man!  I bet you could fetch a good $2000-$5000 depending on the quality for that thing, I'd be keeping it though.

But yeah, just awesome.  Wish I had the expertise and time to do something like this.

Depending of the quality, i think it's worth 150/200$, no more. This is not professional work, it's in tune but has a really hard time to stay that way. 
Anyway, i don't think i would sell it.

I ordered a sticker that is the exact same size as the shape i cut in the wood, and then applied some satin lacquer. I wish i could have the skills to actually paint it on the body but i was afraid of the result, and i wanted a perfect meat boy drawing, so i did it this way.

I guess the next thing to do would be to mod a guitar hero controller to look similar so you can awesomely jam out to those DannyB tracks that may someday come out on RBN. I'd probably buy one of those from you too, I mean if I had some spare cash, which I really don't...

I love it! Just a suggestion, maybe you should make those lines in the bottom below the strings (im bad at explaining, but those with the magnets) pink so they looked like bandages? :D
