Had some trouble selecting from co-op and race, but I think co-op could be more interesting if there would be well made levels for it.

Thank you you took the words out of my mouth. Plus if they were to make a racing game mode they would need to make special levels for it, because some of the levels in the game wouldn't work. Like levels with key platforms you need to run on or jump up, or levels with vanishing blocks. so co-op is the best pick, if they made levels for it.

Yeah, I think racing would be cool, if only to pit

against

. But that is a fair point about moving back so far if someone died, and the key platform problem. Maybe if it was a mandatory best 2/3 type of thing, with splitscreen. Y'know, the fast-paced feel that SMB is known for.
