This is a very peculiar startup crash.  When launching the game straight out of a fresh reboot, the game will crash immediately after the gamepad display screen.  Then when I run the game a second time, it starts up no problem whatsoever.  The game will continue to run perfectly fine until the next reboot of the pc.  Basically it will crash the first time you run the game.  I have tried every know fix possible; the admin rights, the command lines, the compatibly settings, uninstalling/reinstalling video card drivers, uninstalling the game, running the .exe from the install directory.
An interesting tidbit from the crash is this following line:  Exception Information:   The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.
It seems like a permission error.  I can get the game to run on the first try only and ONLY then I right click and run as administrator from the directory where the game was installed.  If I select the box to run as admin or add it in the registry or any of the options such as compatibility, the game will still crash on the first run.  I repeat the only way to get the game to run (on the first try immediately after a reboot) is to right click and run as admin; other methods to run as admin will not run it first try.  I am the administrator of the pc as well; the only account.  Also, if I log on and off the game will continue to run.  Only after restarting the computer the game will crash on the first run.  It is very weird.  As if the first crash fixes the problem and the game runs when you start it right after.  The restarting of the pc initiates the crash on the first start of the game.  Pretty frustrating and unique at the same time.  The game works beautifully for hours on end after the first crash with not a crash in site until I restart the pc.
Outstanding game nevertheless.

Some facts:
I have the retail edition of the game
AMD 6990 11.5 latest drivers (tried disabling crossfire)
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate (all updated C++ redistributables and direct x)
i7 930

Here is the crash report that was saved in the games directory:

Hopefully this bug can be resolved; still boggles me as a beginning C++ programmer what this can be.  A permission to access an address that is not available but appears after being run once?  I would love to crack this.
