I enjoyed it, but honestly.

There are enough Naija compilations out there, it is not the most amazing thing anymore to view what she is capable of.

Awesome records as always though.  +1

So you want me to do a all-around compilation or what? :D

Could be awesome.

The definitive meat boy speed running video, maybe 73L and you could pool replays? I could probably throw in my 5-15 and 3-7's since I think those are the only world records I hold still.

showcasing the craziest levels and routes perhaps? I noticed many in that video are mostly from HELL world. Don't get me wrong though I'm just nitpicking here, you do good work.

Edit: you did record your runs live though, I think I like watching the trials and tribulations of people dying a million times to get an awesome record, haha.

I disagree, I greatly enjoy watching any new compilations or videos that are released, as little as they do come.

Taku, another great vid you have there. You've given me a couple of ideas, and you're really utilizing those last dashes into bandage girl. Your 5-13 is done differently than the route I had in mind, which is probably why you think it's easy to do. :p The route I was thinking of consisted of nonstop dashes.

^ Anyway, I'd be good with that. That's another thing, I only record replays, be best if they were all done either live or with replays and not a mix imo.  Oh.. unless you took back 3-7 recently, I claimed the record awhile back after many agonizing tries.. but don't let that stop you from posting a replay.

Thanks for the feedback =). I love making compilation videos but I feel like I don't have enough interesting levels to show/new levels so instead in this one I showed some of the ones I already posted but with new routes. Dunno if people actually enjoy that more then new levels (or both obv :P).

73L: Ye, I constantly keep coming up with new routes and strats for all levels all the time, seems like I'm a whole new level compared to my previous vid oO.

I could try some other 5-13 routes but that will have to happen next week if so.

Also the reason why I recorded them live was mostly so they're SDA viable and not because I want to show my fails xD. Haven't beaten 3-7 either, I hate chapt 3 so much :(.

Hello guys,

I just wanted to post a link to my let's play of Super Meat Boy to see if I could get any feedback about the quality of the video. This is my first attempt at a let's play and I tried my best before posting the first video to make sure the quality was as good as I could get it but I do have a few notes:

1) The first video has some audio de-sync that occurs once I enter the first level in the video. This is corrected in the next video and had something to do with how my editing software was rendering the video. (Fixed after episode 1)

2) I was having problems in the first two videos because my controller would act up when I started running my recording problem. I figured it had to do with the program and after switching to another one the problem went away. (Fixed after episode 2)

3) I am rather nervous in the first 3 videos but I think I got over it a little bit in the fourth video and became a little more outgoing with the commentary. This might all be in my head though and that is why I'm looking to get some feedback on the videos.

4) I am not the best at this game, but I have finished it (minus cotton alley) on the Xbox 360 version so I have a general idea on how to play and some shortcuts.

I think that about covers what I want to get out of the way before posting the video so here is the link: http://youtu.be/t6QXzlZg4TU

Thanks in advance to anyone who watches the video and if anyone would like to leave some advice/feedback on the video it would be greatly appreciated.

I thought this was worth posting:

I have a few more runs that I've been uploading over the past few days, feel free to give those a watch as well. :]

I looked into this level some more to see if you could go underneath both saws, unfortunately this didn't work out so well. This video shows an attempt to do so: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RW9l6hA4x_o

It might be possible to adjust your movement so that this doesn't happen, but I doubt it. You can see that your dash only refreshes right before you hit the saw.

A third compilation is definitely possible...

^Loved the compilation man, loved the music, and the crazy Naija/Runman speed (specifically your crazy Spank run w/ Runman o.O) so basically runs I'll never get! :P

I actually tried my hand at a Naija run on Billy Boy (in Hell), and ended up with a 6.30 or so.  Would have been faster if I hadn't taken an arrow to the knee approaching bandage girl. :(

But anyway, amazing compilation fun to watch and listen and even a bit to learn.

Edit:  Now I see how you got that time on 5-8x!  I'll try to beat or match that.

Thank you Jintek, your feedback is appreciated  ^^

I had been purposely avoiding the 4-8s because they were such a pain to do a certain way. Today, I found an easier method and improved both of them rather significantly (~1.45 seconds total).

As for 5-8x, you should have an easy time getting through the saws, it only takes a little bit of persistence to pull off. :)

Really enjoyed this compilation. Some of the finest meat boy speed running I have ever witnessed.

It makes me want to keep playing / trying but I just can't seem to get into the swing of things anymore.

Thinking about jumping on the gaming rig and starting to live record.  Any recommendations on good video editing software for this game?  Free or not, I'm all ears.

New route for 3-13x with Naija! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDg--BcAE0Y

^I use Windows Live Movie Maker, since I only need a program to trim/add music.

If anyone havent noticed I started playing some chapter 7 levels and managed to score some good times on some of them, I have more runs but I don't think theyre worth showing even though theyre 0,1-0,2 behind WR.
