Since you must beat a level before you can upload your level online, how will this work with character restrictions on the levels?

Must you use meat boy to complete the level or any character (that isn't restricted)?
Must you complete the level with just 1 of the characters?
Will meat ninja and mr minecraft count?
How is it going to work if you want to make a meat ninja specific level, incase his character doesn't count at completing the level?

I'm sure If you lock in a character you must beat the level with that character, it just makes sence.

Also i think its a safe bet to say if you make an open level you just need to beat it with meat boy.

I agree. If you want to make a level for Jill, Meat Boy wont win. You will likely verify as Jill.

I also believe that it's not nearly fair for a level to be open and have people that aren't meat be unable to beat it.

But there are plenty of official levels that can't be accomplished with all or most of the characters. Take the level in the Salt Factory Dark World (I think):Black Circle. Once you get to the bottom of the screen and need to go under, I believe Meat Boy or RunMan are the only ones fast enough to get through without getting sawbladed.

I hope that's not the case.  I wanted to make a chapter where all the levels are open and you have to pick the best character for the job (Really obvious example: Huge open box can't jump across, Viridian flips gravity to walk on the ceiling).
