  ok i got smb 2 days ago on disc i install it and hit play it loads up it stays black but the steam hold shift tab thing still pops i decid ok ill uninstall so i reinstall it off disc open it same thing but when i close it it says fatal error mini dump so again i uninstall it this time i install from steam still same thing but no fatal error i run as adminastrater still nothin i try tech support i try changing the detail and if its windowed still nothin i try crying and seeing if team meat while except my soul to fix it...that was a joke i try the fourms i and i cant find a sloution have my graphics and my sound crad up to date and i meat the requrements so internet... your my only hope

i hope next time you'll add punctuations because i tried and succeded to read all of that but oh man that was a hell of a good and really hard challenge haha so yeah back to your problem i don't really know but i think that your graphics card might not support the game so you'll have to buy another one and replace the one in your pc by it by yourself i know this seems and is hard but it's the cheaper way unless you want to buy another full pc just for super meat boy which is not really a good idea okay

I don't know exactly what the problem could be but I would suggest deleting a few files in your windows folder. Thats what got it working when it was crashing for me.

But joking aside, it could be several things. One of them is you could try installing the latest directx. Another could be deleting or adding a certain file to your super meat boy folder (I'm not sure what the file was, I think it could vary). I'm honestly not sure what the cause for your problem could be, but i would do a bit more research and see if you can find anything that fixes it.
