...and now I have the Forget Me Now!

That would be impressive in itself, if only for the fact that I got it on my very first attempt.

These screenshots will tell you why:

I started in the Basement 1, with three items right off the bat: Sister Maggy (from an item room), the Compass (from a Shop), and a Pentagram (from a Boss Room).
"Off to a good start.", I suppose. It was a good thing I got a damage powerup right then and there, considering those eluded me so much when I was playing as Eve. Then I get a sucky power-up in the Basement 2 (Wooden Spoon), and then 10x Bombs (Boom!) in the first half of the Caves. Immediately after came the item that meant the most to my run:
The D6.
I'm happy to get it in any run not as Isaac, so I make the decision of wether to use it. In order to keep using it, I would have to give up my Book of Revelations, which I contemplated due to the possibility of me trying to tough it out for the rest of my run. After a while, I D6 my Book into... Charm of the Vampire. Useless as ???. Then I run around for a room or two and charge it up again. I go back to the Charm's room, use the Dice again, and...
Technology.
That was the turning point in my run. Right then and there, I knew I was at least going to kill It Lives!, let alone kill Satan with it. From that point on, I had a killer run. I got the Growth Hormones, the Relic, a Mini Mushroom, and a Battery for good measure. I also got a few other good items after the Depths, most of them from Beggars, including the
Rosary in Sheol. Ironic? Yes, but without it, I would have survived Satan with only half a soul-heart.
Oh, and this:

A PHD as a boss item? Unfair? Blame it on the Random Number God.
Now, the only things I have left to do are the two No-Damage runs, Dark Boy and Mama's Boy. I think I can pull Mama's Boy off with a little luck. All you'd need to do would be to get through the rooms, considering there are no chances to collect items in there, with the possible exception of meeting a beggar. I would need a Bible, though, as I'd probably have a horrible time trying to manage It Lives! without being hit. That boss is really easy to screw up on.
As for Dark Boy... I have no effing idea how I could ever do that. Not only would I need a Bible, but I'd also need a few keys to get into the item rooms, not to mention some great luck with the shops and secret rooms, considering there's always the chance I could see Greed in there.
