Just got another ending where he finds a bloody nail (recalling the crucifixion) and Isaac turns into a horned demon.
Here's a summary of all the Tarot cards and their abilities in the game in case anyone's been looking:
The World: Displays the entire map (lasts only for that level).
The Hierophant: Two extra translucent hearts.
The fool: Teleports back to where you started (worthless).
The lovers: Two heart refills.
The moon: Teleports to the secret room in the level.
The Hangman: Floating head (can go through rocks and chasms to reach goodies).
The Tower: Spams troll bombs everywhere.
Judgement: Summons a beggar.
Death: ?
Any others?
It's pointless to chart pills as they're all random. And weapon/ability upgrades are pretty obvious for the most part.

The Hermit: Warps you to the shop
Strength: Makes you huge, increasing all? stats for that room. Hanged Man also only works for the room you use it in. I think Death just deals a bunch of damage to everything there.
The Emperor: Warps you to the boss.
And I wouldn't call "The Fool" useless. Let's say you're in a fight with the boss, on your last life, and you have half a heart. Use the fool, warp back to the start, and collect any random hearts sitting around the map.
Justice: Gives you one of each item (Key, bomb, heart refill, transparent heart) I'm not sure on transparent heart.
I'll post more as I come across them.

Okay, I beat the game 10 Times. Used the Bible to kill the real last boss an I unlocked a dummy character. What is the real ending? Does anyone know?

Bought it today, I got the first full-fledged Mom's Heart kill with Isaac after only 4 tries. I thought it'd be harder, but okay, I had fun so it's cool. Now to get a kill with the other characters...that seems way harder.

Bought it a few days ago.I beat Mom(finally)with Technolgy and Chocolate Milk.It was amazing what you can do with these!  I think we should all post pictures of our Issacs while we're playing.(If you have any upgrades,that is) My favorite item is My Little Unicorn but I was told Gamekid is great too. So I'm currently visiting every Arcade I see. |

The devil can propose you the gamekid for one red heart (already pop once), maybe you can find it in the shop too. I'm on my way to The Shears, need to die 100 times  Judas is just awesome, i only need tears, range & speed upgrade with 1 or 2 red/blue hearts. The book makes bosses so trivial (with a pentagram at the first drop, it's just happiness). |

I finally unlocked Cain, Maggy and Judas and finished the game with Isaac and Cain now. Some items are just stupid good. I've used Technology once, it's pretty amazing, especially in crowded rooms.
I've also had one run in which I murdered all 4 Harbingers. Not sure what to think of that. Getting a full-fledged Super Meat Boy is good, sure, but 4 other bosses could've given me 4 more hearts, maybe a pentagram, other cool stuff... I dunno. It's fine, I suppose.
I do get annoyed at runs where I only get 2 pieces of meat. Two means basically you wasted 1 slot because you could've just got a Brother Bobby, which does exactly the same.
Book of Revelations is probably the best spacebar item I've seen so far, at least for Womb survival.

^The game is actually not that bad once you get used to it.
Right now the only way I ever take damage is because of insane lag in crowded rooms. It really pisses me off because the game is so small and shouldn't need that many more resources than other small indie games, which I can run perfectly.

Thought I'd post a little guide.
GREED: Can be in place of shops, gives money when defeated, spawns Leapers
GLUTTONY: Cute-Ass face, fires shots in all directions and has a Vis laser
LUST: Looks like it has the Virus, justg tries to touch you
SLOTH: Fires green explosives, also spawns really slow Maggots
PRIDE: Shoots lightning in a X formation, spawns lots of Troll Bombs
ENVY: Basically a Fistula with more "subdivisions"
WRATH: Drops bombs like Bomberman, has item associated with it.
