Yeah MeatCube needs a buff. I think they should make it so if you get MeatCube you can find more meat cubes in regular chests but not other bosses/golden rooms. Because getting a second/third/fourth MeatCube compared to other upgrades or more Hearts is pretty bad.

Is it weird that I found a golden chest inside of a chest? This happened twice. What if a third chest spawned?

that has happened to me twice as well. Chestception always cracks me up. I don't think there is a triple layer one though..but if someone gets one they have to take a pic!

What's your guys' most hated and most loved enemies?  I hate the jumping bodies that shoot 4 shots when they land. And I love Chub. He's a qtpi.

Also I killed the guy who does the 3 shells game in the arcade today with a bomb..I felt like a dick but..it was awesome.

Thought I'd post a little guide.
GREED: Can be in place of shops, gives money when defeated, spawns Leapers
GLUTTONY: Cute-Ass face, fires shots in all directions and has a Vis laser
LUST: Looks like it has the Virus, justg tries to touch you
SLOTH: Fires green explosives, also spawns really slow Maggots
PRIDE: Shoots lightning in a X formation, spawns lots of Troll Bombs
ENVY: Basically a Fistula with more "subdivisions"
WRATH: Drops bombs like Bomberman, has item associated with it.

Not entirely correct. The difficulty of some of them depends on how deep in you are. For instance, Greed in the Basement only spawns the slow hopping guys, not the Leapers. Sloth's maggots are just normal Maggots in the Depths.
Oh and Greed can also be in secret rooms to piss you off further.

Also it might be good to point out that Pride doesn't take damage from his bombs, but Wrath does.

This doesn't count pills. Except the Retard Pill.

Btw, I wish that there were an Isaac subforum, what it isn't, so... this should be on the Isaac thread that it is sticky.

Doctor's Remote isn't bad, it does an ok damage to the bossess and since you can mark where it lands... I dont see how someone could be hit by his own missile

The cat that gives you 9 lifes is pretty troll to me, unless you are Judas and never get an HP item.

Obviously the poop is bad, and the bean too.

Most spacebar items are just bad. I mean, you could've gotten a stats up instead, you know?
The exceptions are the ones that give you continuous supplies, like the Yum heart, the pill bottle, the tarot deck and the book of Revelations. Those are always very useful throughout the whole game.
The items I really dislike are Doctor's Remote, Book of Shadows and most other items that do a tiny bit of damage and recharge super slowly. Those won't do anything for you in the Womb.
Pretty much all the devil's items are good, but the 9 lives is probably never worth it. I tried it once and, in consequence, died 9 times. If you have the Devil's choice between this and a damage up, TAKE THE DAMAGE UP. Trust me on this one.
Luck Foot seems underwhelming as well. Playing as Cain is always just fine, but if you trade for it at the Devil with another character, it just doesn't feel like the improvement (if any) is worth it.

^I had a colored rock yesterday in a boss room, blew it up, opened the grey chest and inside was...a locked chest. And I had no keys. FFFUUUU

EDIT: Alright, recent discovery made the game even more easier.
Once you beat the game with ??? and have the d6 for Isaac, you can basically just sculpt an ungodly powerhouse character every single run. You don't even need item rooms or shops to do this, you can just go straight to the boss on every floor.
1) Use d6 on boss rooms to get heart ups. If you don't get them the first time, keep trying by walking out and recharging the d6.
2) Use d6 on devil's shop to get damage up/shooting buddies/Nail.
3) Murder everything.
This just makes the game very unfair and easy. I almost got Womb Boy on my first time doing this. (took one stupid hit from the laser guys at It Lives)

I hate the Fly Love thing. What the fuck does that even do? I don't really like Mom's Pill Bottle unless you have the PhD. I wish that would get patched so that it only spawns good pills.

Fly love makes the flies and bees your friends. They wont damage you.

And the moms pills are very good. Just use it. You dont knwo how good it is if you farm pills and makes your stats better or even get a friendly fly.

Yup, third try with him actually. It's not even bad, basically it's just a shmup that's a lot more luck-based. You need to avoid as much as possible and get lucky with room spawns. Some types of rooms will damage you 90% of the time, so if you get a ton of those, you're dead. Most bosses should be no problem, I think only Mom and Death can consistently damage me if I'm playing a slow/weak character. But other than that it's just a clear race to the boss room every level. Don't even bother with anything else, more rooms = more risk = not worth the few extra bombs/keys/items. Compass helps a ton obviously, and if you get the Book of Revelations or the Nail, it's even better, because it will just feel like a normal run and you can even derp around a little and explore some more.
Also, save your bombs for the dark rocks because they often contain grey hearts. Saving an Emperor tarot card for the Womb 2 is also extremely useful, if you can get one obviously.
