Dear Diary, Today, I used Brimstone for the first time. It cost 2 hearts.  I was doing great. However, I stupidly wasted my 1up in the Caves 2. Eventually, I died to the Fallen. Grrrr.  Don't you just love blowing enemies up with giant beams of blood? ~Isaac  |

Yes, Brimstone kicks ass! But the Demon Maws should not kill you in one hit... 2 hearts damage instead!  And saw blades! That was a good idea GameRoom. There are a few things that would be cool in the binding of Isaac... -Salt Lick: Kills maggots, Clots/clotties, anything that has no skin in one hit! -Missiles!: You can't ask for an explanation and be sane. -Needles: Needles! -LITTLE HORN!: He should be an optional boss like Steven, C.H.A.D. -Hell/Purgatory: After Sheol. Little Horn should be in Hell with the Satan boss. These are ideas, there is definitely 0% chance that any of these ideas will be used.  |

I had a cool idea for an item: I'm not sure what it should be called but it's a spacebar item, and when you use it, it takes away half a heart, and where ever the player goes, a trail of blood follows him, and anything that walks into it (except the player) loses health or dies. Only works for the room you use the item in.
Basically, its something Isaac uses to stab himself in the foot. Could be called the "Dirty Nail" or something.

Sheol is the land of the dead, the underworld. During that time there was no purgatory/heaven/hell concept. They wouldn't go together well. |

Sheol is the land of the dead, the underworld. During that time there was no purgatory/heaven/hell concept. They wouldn't go together well. True, true. But Sheol means grave, and the body goes there, while the soul goes to Hell, that's where I got it from. |
